What we collect and why

Email address

If you fill in the email signup form, we store your email address. We use it to send you a free chapter from Ground and occasional updates when new videos or writing are published. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Usage data

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard web server data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) as part of normal hosting operations. Cookies

This site does not set any first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies as part of its security and performance infrastructure.

How long we keep your data

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing saggarsonny@gmail.com and asking to be removed.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email saggarsonny@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
